Yeah, it's been a while. We've been so busy enjoying the summer that I haven't made time to update the blog. Not to mention I forgot to bring my camera to a couple of fun outings. I love have the kids home from school--really I do. It is more chaotic with two more voices saying, "Mom, mom!" but we love being free and unscheduled. Sabrina and Joslyn have really stepped it up with their chores and are really great with Blake and Erin, playing preschool etc. I am really going to need their help keeping the little ones entertained since we have just begun a TV diet--no TV or computer games for four weeks as challenged by our Stake President.
My ankle is 95% now. I haven't started running again yet, but I think I will soon. It seems strong enough. So glad to have all that behind me.
Now, our big news. If I haven't had a chance to tell you in person or you haven't heard through the grapevine....I am pregnant, due Jan 4. Hurray! Well, I'm excited to have a baby anyway, not quite so excited about the pregnant part. The girls just get more involved and interested with each one and even Erin tells me when the baby is eating and sleeping and wants to be held.
Well, gotta run. Maybe someday I will make some changes to this blah layout and update the favorites. Keep checking back though...I have big plans, just little time.

congrats Lori and Brett!
Does this help or hurt our pinochle schedule?
I've been waiting for some updates. Enjoyed the slide show.
I just barely heard it through the grapevine. That is so exciting. Take it easy with that foot. You'll kick yourself if you go to hard to soon. Looking forward to seeing you guys this week. Congratulations a thousand times!!!
Congrats Lori, I am so excited for you two. It looked like your trip to the farm was great. Can't wait to see you and your family at the reunion.
congrats! that's great! I'm due in 2 weeks and am definitely ready to be done! Hope you're feeling well - take care, Erin
Congrats!I'm so happy for you and leave it to Daryl to only worry about Pinochle. Hope you're having a great summer. We still need to go camping...maybe in September.
Lori,
Congratulations. Another January Baby right? Wasn't Blake born in January? More fun for the family. Jon is three weeks old now and the kids are loving him. I'm loving him most though. Glad your ankle is getting better.
