Apple of my eye and joy of my life!
The "Heeleys" we got for her ended up being too small, so Joslyn made out pretty well that night also--we just gave them to her. Now they can both "Heeley" to and from the bus stop.
For their tenth birthday our girls get treated to "GNO" (Girls' Night Out for those of you who don't listen to Miley Cyrus) with mom! We went to a hotel for swimming, pizza, a movie, and major girl talk. We had a great time--so fun and so good to have some one-on-one time with each other.
A big THANK YOU to Brett-he kept Mallory all night. We talked about post-poning, but he insisted that we go. He said he would bring Mallory to me if needed, but he is such a good daddy--he got her to take a bottle and remembered to get up with her when she was crying in the middle of the night :).

Also, Sabrina had her "Festival" on Saturday, and although we don't know her score yet, I am sure she did well because she was very prepared. She played "Sonatina in G" and "Majestic Mountain," both early intermediate pieces. REcently, she has been enjoying trying to sight read a few of the songs in Primary Children's Song Book and the Simplified Hymns book.
We are so proud of Sabrina...all her talents and accomplishments, but mostly because of the Christ-like young lady she is becoming.
We love you, Nina!

Looks like she got ALL the necessities for turning 10, including a fun night with mom. Your a great mom!!!
Happy Birthday Sabrina! Wow your kids are growing so fast. They are all so cute. I love reading the favorites and not so.
She is pretty amazing! I can't believe how big these girls are getting. I still remember you as a tiny one who always had her hands stikin' straight out. I'm jealous of your mad piano skills. Definitely a talent I wish I had worked on in my early years.
Sabrina looks so grown up in these pictures. I am also in shock that she is 10-still remember the first time I met her, all dressed up as a cute little cow for halloween-how time flies! what a special girl she is!!! oh, and I just want to stuff that whole chocolate cake in my mouth right this second!
